Janet’s gyrokinesis class uses breath, movement, and intention to mobilize energy in a way that is both profound and playful.
Often oceanic, the movements are deeply therapeutic inviting greater strength, groundedness, flexibility, resilience, and ease of movement.
I have been practicing for 10 months and very quickly, Janet’s classes became an essential part of my life and well-being.

To move, to breathe deeply, to stand erect with corrected posture…the practice of Gyrokinesis enhances and enables all this. Gyrokinesis, under the tutelage of Janet, has ceased to be just a practice. It in now a Discipline.
